If you feel like you’re hours to sleep each night, then you can follow these tips for a perfect rest as you deserve:
Prepare your room. A room too bright, poorly ventilated and extremely messy is not the best place to sleep. Much less if we have TV or the computer there to distract us. Good sleep is necessary that our room is clean, dark, tidy with a comfortable mattress and pillows. If you have serious problems sleeping, remove the TV from the room.
